Courtesy cars are provided whilst repairs are carried out and any uninsured losses resulting from an incident can be recovered from third parties on your behalf.

Quality of repair is key. We have a select UK network of over 500 carefully monitored repairers and we insist that they use only genuine manufacturer parts.  In addition, repairs come with a two year warranty.

As part of our period account review process Activa provides clients utilising this service with a valuable claims analysis reports that enables possible areas for management action to be pinpointed.
