Customer services executive

I joined Activa in May of 2016, starting on the Daily Rental team before joining the Blue Team as a Customer Service Executive. Previous to Activa, I worked directly for a hire vehicle company creating rental contracts and overseeing fleet management.

As part of the customer service team, I am responsible for producing quotes and orders, as well as assisting our drivers with vehicle enquiries.
