Kay joined Activa in December 2019, bringing with her over 25 years of customer service experience to her role.
More recently, Kay worked as part of an international commercial company for five years as a customer service manager offering daily rental and contract hire. Kay has also held senior positions at ŠKODA and Toyota, as well as managing locations across the country for a large international rental company.
Delivering an exceptional customer service experience is Kay's driving ambition as an area manager. She has the ability to listen and empathises with all her customers to fully understand their customer needs.
