Saroj has over 20 years’ experience in customer service, sales and marketing within the airline and car industry. She joined Activa as an Outsourcing and Implementation Executive in May 2017.
As Customer Services Manager, she manages and works closely with the Customer Services team to build close working relationships and ensure our customers receive a first class service.
Saroj liaises with manufacturers to ensure the Customer Services team are kept up to date with any model changes and any new models due to be introduced to the market, thus allowing the Customer Services team to offer information on the right vehicle choice for each driver.
Spending time with family, cooking, Zumba and travelling.
