Customer service team leader wins BVRLA Industry Hero award
Activa's customer service team leader, Julian Okoronkwo, has been recognised for his outstanding contribution to customer service over the past 12 months, receiving a 2016 BVRLA Industry Hero award.
Subsequent to being shortlisted in February, Julian attended the BVRLA Annual Dinner on the 3rd March 2016, where he was presented with the award for his contribution to customer service within the fleet industry.
Karen McCarthy, who heads up Activa Contracts’ customer service team, said: ‘We are thrilled Julian won the BVRLA Hero award for his outstanding customer service. Julian is an important member of our team here at Activa. We all pride ourselves in giving exceptional customer service and Julian is the perfect example of the high standards that we promote to our customers. We are exceptionally proud that this is being recognised.’
